Principal Product Manager - Private Credit Valuations

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager - Private Credit Valuations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape the long-term vision and growth strategy for a product focused on private credit valuations within a B2B financial technology environment. The position will guide product initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring the roadmap aligns with customer needs, market trends, and broader business priorities. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to build strong relationships across the target user base and drive adoption and value.

Compensation: $119,000 – $174,000 annually

• Define the long-term vision and growth strategy for the product
• Oversee product initiatives through the development lifecycle
• Establish and grow relationships within the target user base
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Create and execute product roadmaps with stakeholder buy-in
• Conduct ongoing market research for customer needs and trends

• 6+ years of experience in B2B Fin Tech product management
• Deep understanding of private capital market landscape and valuations workflows
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (Aha, Pendo)
• Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred, CFA or CAIA favored
