As the Head of Product within PNC's Linga organization, you will be based remotely.

The Head of Product is responsible for defining and executing LINGA's product vision while leading the company's transformation into an AI-enabled product organization. This leader owns the strategy, roadmap, commercialization, and lifecycle management of the entire LINGA product portfolio, including POS, Payments, Customer Engagement, Hardware, Data, Integrations, and Platform Services. In addition, this leader serves as a critical sponsor of Artificial Intelligence across LINGA and the product development operating model, ensuring AI becomes a fundamental driver of customer value, operational efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage.

The role sits at the intersection of customer experience, commercial growth, emerging technology, and organizational transformation.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Customer Success to align investments to business goals.
• Lead product managers and product delivery functions.
• Manage prioritization of features, enhancements, technical debt, and compliance requirements.
• Own software release governance and product lifecycle management.

• 8+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years leading teams.
• Experience in SaaS POS: retail & restaurant, payments, and fintech technology.
• Proven success building and scaling product organizations.
• Ability to leverage orchestration development, and software delivery.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
