Working with a growing company that simplifies Inflation Reduction Act (IRA),
prevailing wage & apprenticeship (PWA) labor compliance requirements for renewable energy, infrastructure, EPC, and construction companies.

We’re looking for a tech savvy, proactive, detail-oriented compliance customer success / account management professional who enjoys working directly with clients, staying organized across multiple moving pieces, and helping teams get audit-ready with confidence and onboarded / integrated with our SaaS platform. You’ll work to support clean energy developers, general contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth integration and continued value as they navigate IRA and PWA compliance.

This is a forward client facing role so we need someone with excellent communication, soft skills, emotional intelligence, project management and coordinating experience among various cross functional teams both internally and externally with the client to make sure nothing slips through the cracks. A background in SaaS would be extremely helpful. Need someone that takes ownership of any problems as they arise as the goal is to solve problems to help our clients and keep them happy.

Need someone that is agile and flexible. Having a regulatory background is a plus.

Need individuals that have experience with (Prevailing Wage / Apprenticeship (PWA) / IRA / Davis Bacon)

We'd love to find some diverse backgrounds whether that's someone with a JD, CPA, CCP, CCA MBA and labor compliance experience interested in a client facing role, someone working as a consultant with PWA / labor compliance experience, someone in a similar client facing role assisting with implementing similar products like LCPtracker, etc.

• Serve as the primary client contact
  , translating labor compliance requirements into clear next steps
• Guide customers through onboarding + ongoing usage of an AI-driven compliance platform
• Coordinate key workflows, including payroll and subcontractor documentation collection to support successful audits
• Track progress, monitor documentation, and help generate accurate reporting for stakeholders
• Proactively identify potential compliance risks and partner internally to resolve issues
• Share customer feedback to improve the product and user experience

• 3-10+ years in a detail-oriented, client-facing role (Advisory / Consulting / Audit / Public Accounting, Compliance, Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, Operations, DOL, Regulator, etc
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly and operating independently
• Ability to juggle multiple client projects without dropping details
• Prevailing wage / apprenticeship exposure
• Familiarity with Prevailing wage / apprenticeship (PWA) / Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) / Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) / Service Contract Act (SCA) is required
• Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, renewable energy, EPC or other “real-world” industries
• Prior compliance ERP implementation experience with similar systems like LCPtracker is beneficial
