Elevate estate planning with Willful as a remote Partnerships Coordinator. In this hands-on role, you will manage operations, design campaigns, and enhance partner engagement every day.
Willful is seeking a proactive Partnerships Coordinator to drive partner operations, campaign execution, and performance reporting. You'll work on a close-knit, agile team in a completely remote setting. Your ability to create scalable workflows and develop creative assets will be pivotal in optimizing partnerships for impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Run smooth partnership operations from invoicing to follow-ups
• Build scalable workflows and keep documentation updated
• Design and produce diverse campaign assets
• Ship campaigns on time and manage stakeholders efficiently
• Track revenue and refine reporting across channels
Requirements:
• Experience in marketing, sales, or project coordination
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma and Notion
• Strong written communication and data literacy
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
• Motivated by outcomes and solution-oriented
