As Manager Controlling & Planning, you will oversee workforce planning and operational performance across multiple customer service projects. You will align staffing with demand across phone, chat, and email support. The work combines scheduling, KPI analysis, reporting improvements, and operational decision-making.

• Plan workforce allocation using forecasts, volumes, and service targets
• Monitor operations and implement immediate corrective actions
• Develop employee shift schedules with project leaders
• Analyze KPIs and translate insights into recommendations
• Improve reporting systems and automate recurring workflows

• At least two years customer service workforce management experience
• Confident Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets user
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking
• Excellent organizational and independent working skills
• Fluent German or English communication
