Who We Are

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Procurement Readiness Coordinator to support our Department of Defense customers under the LOGIX Task Order. This position plays a critical administrative and workflow‑integration role within the procurement lifecycle, ensuring packages are complete, accurate, and ready for Buyer review. The Coordinator executes all preparatory and tracking activities—without exercising procurement authority—enabling efficient acquisition execution in support of JADC2‑aligned ISR, logistics, and next‑generation mission technologies.

What You Will Do
  • Collect and verify all required procurement documents against approved readiness checklists
  • Identify incomplete pre‑award packages, coordinate corrections, and prioritize requirements across contracts
  • Coordinate technical reviews for SOWs and technical documents, tracking comments and revisions
  • Compile supplier information, confirm administrative details, and initiate supplier onboarding requests
  • Collect sole‑source justifications, market research, and supporting documents; track approval workflows
  • Send routine supplier reminders, schedule meetings, document discussions, and route questions
  • Record and organize vendor quotes, maintain version control, and log receipts in company portal
  • Route quotes to authorized technical evaluators and track evaluation progress
  • Gather public pricing comparisons and market data to support Buyer price analysis
  • Schedule negotiation meetings, maintain action items, and record approved notes
  • Track supplier updates, promised deliveries, overdue actions, and changes post‑award
  • Coordinate RMA shipments, collect repair quotations, track approvals, and follow actions
  • Track receipt evidence, ensure proper receiving in eQuip/Costpoint, and monitor invoices
  • Maintain library of terms, flowdowns, and software documentation; track COI and Reps/Certs expirations
  • Support continuous improvement of procurement readiness processes
