You know how construction waste actually moves. Help us build the network that moves it better.

Haulcyon is a technology-enabled logistics and diversion platform for construction waste, beneficial reuse and bulk material movement. We connect contractors, independent haulers and disposal and recycling facilities, helping projects lower hauling costs, increase diversion and meet sustainability and green-building requirements.

The platform is built. Now we're expanding our carrier network and customer base into new markets, and we're looking for an experienced industry professional to help lead that growth, working directly with leadership.

What You'll Do

• Bring in general contractor, developer, demolition and site-work accounts that put volume on the network

• Build and grow Haulcyon's network of independent haulers, roll-off operators and carrier partners

• Develop relationships with transfer stations, recyclers, landfills and beneficial-reuse outlets

• Shape regional capacity, routing and backup-hauling strategies

• Help refine our dispatch automation with real field insight

• Work directly with leadership on market entry and growth priorities

Who We're Looking For

Professionals who have lived this industry: on the job site, in the yard or in the sustainability office.

• Construction leaders: experienced or retired project managers, superintendents and site-work professionals

• Sustainability professionals: former sustainability, ESG or waste-diversion managers (LEED AP a plus)

• Waste & recycling operators: transfer station, disposal and recycling professionals

• Hauling entrepreneurs: current or former owners of hauling, roll-off or trucking operations

• Bulk materials & fleet: aggregates, demolition and transportation leaders

What matters most: a real network in construction or hauling, credibility with operators and contractors, and the drive to work independently.

Compensation & Ownership

This role is 100% commission to start, with no base salary initially. We're upfront about that because it's built for people ready to put their relationships and experience to work.

• Uncapped commission on revenue you originate and accounts you help develop

• Equity eligibility: early contributors who show sustained performance are eligible for a formal equity review, based on contribution
