** In This Role You Will
*** Support commercial teams with operational activities related to customer accounts, contracts, renewals, billing, and reporting.
* Manage and resolve Salesforce cases and operational requests from intake through completion.
* Research and resolve complex issues involving customer accounts, contracts, invoices, subscriptions, and data quality.
* Maintain accurate customer and commercial data within Salesforce and related systems.
* Create reports, dashboards, audits, and analyses that support business decisions.
* Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Contract Support, Data Integrity, and other teams to remove operational blockers.
* Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, automation, and service quality.
** About the Ideal Candidate
*** Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Hospitality, Finance, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience supporting Program/Project Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Customer Success, or related functions.
* Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
* Experience supporting business processes, reporting, and operational case management.
* Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher)
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Salesforce reporting and analytics experience.
* Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
* Experience creating reports, dashboards, SOPs, and process documentation.
* Familiarity with Power BI, automation tools, or AI enabled solutions.
* Hospitality, travel technology, or SaaS industry experience preferred.
