Technical Product Manager at Baires Dev
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution for technical solutions. This role bridges technology and business by defining product vision, managing roadmaps, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver innovative products.
What You'll Do- Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for technical products.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead product discovery, user research, and data analysis to identify opportunities and validate solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision across cross-functional teams.
- Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Balance technical feasibility, business value, and user needs in product decisions.
- 4+ years of experience in technical product management or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technical architecture.
- Proven experience defining product roadmaps and delivering successful products.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and product optimization.
- Advanced level of English.
