- Support the West Coast development team as an administrative and project management partner.
- Draft briefing materials, manage trip logistics, and maintain CRM data in Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling, trackers, and events for Presidential and ELT visits.
- Serve as liaison between the West team and Central Development.
- Help improve internal processes and support donor meetings and tours.
Who You Are:
- An exceptional project manager who communicates proactively and collaborates effectively.
- Comfortable with Salesforce or other fundraising databases, and eager to learn.
