Principal Analyst, Medicaid Policy Analysis; Fully Remote

• This role is the first at Arcadia dedicated to Medicaid policy analysis, sitting on one of the most visible state Medicaid accounts.
• You will interpret program rules and policy documents into analytic logic, then build registries, data marts, and dashboards.
• You will work alongside an established team and take the lead on policy-driven analytic work.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong policy fluency and the ability to turn policy documents into analytic logic; direct Medicaid or managed care experience is a plus.
• Advanced SQL, Python, and BI tool experience to a real engineering standard.
• Demonstrable fluency with AI coding and analysis tools like Claude Code or Cursor, used heavily with careful human review.

What Success Looks Like:

• In 3 months, contribute to customer working sessions and deliver your first piece of work end to end.
• In 6 months, own the day-to-day analytic workstream and production-grade deliverables.
• In 12 months, be the recognized expert on Medicaid program policy and its analytic implications for Arcadia's state program work.
