Business Operations Analyst, Security Practice; Remote

This role supports the day-to-day non-technical operations of an offensive security practice of about 35 consultants inside a cybersecurity services firm that serves large enterprises and government agencies. The practice's technical leaders and consultants stay focused on client delivery while this person keeps reporting, onboarding, tooling and operating rhythm running smoothly. The position reports to the practice director and works alongside technical teams without performing the technical work itself.

• Produce recurring operational metrics such as utilization, backlog, pipeline, bookings and revenue, and build dashboards that give leadership a clear view of practice health.
• Prepare materials for quarterly business reviews, leadership updates and the weekly practice update, pulling data from CRM and PSA systems.
• Run new-hire onboarding and ramp logistics, including accounts, access, equipment and scheduling, and maintain tooling, license and lab access records with IT and security teams.
• Organize the practice's recurring meetings, all-hands and offsite logistics, and keep the internal documentation and knowledge base current.
• Document and standardize operational processes, track operational budget and spend, and smooth hand-offs with delivery management, sales and finance.

• At least 3 years in operations or business operations, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing many work streams at once.
• Solid metrics and reporting skills in spreadsheets and dashboards, with the ability to turn operational data into clear summaries.
• Hands-on experience with CRM or PSA tools and reporting;
  Salesforce or Certinia experience is a strong plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States. Up to 10% travel may be required.
