Product Manager; Remote

Candidates must be based in the United States and available for a weekly team standup at 8:00 AM Pacific time. A company building customer relationship software for retail teams is hiring a hands-on Product Manager. You will own product decisions, priorities and outcomes for the platform, working day to day with design, engineering and business teams. The product is moving toward an AI-first approach, so the role also involves using AI tools to speed up how product work is done.

• Take product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration, making calls on scope, priorities and tradeoffs.
• Turn customer feedback, sales and marketing input, and product data into clear priorities and plans.
• Work with design and engineering to evaluate solutions and deliver high-quality features.
• Define success metrics and be accountable for the customer and business results of what ships.
• Use AI for prototyping, research synthesis, documentation and workflow automation.

• Around 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or customer-facing software.
• A track record of independently owning discovery, prioritization and measurable outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and comfort challenging assumptions.
• Practical AI fluency, including building prototypes and evaluating AI output critically.
• Based in the United States, with availability for a Monday 8:00 AM Pacific standup.
