Senior Go-To-Market Program Manager; Fully Remote

• Design and run the GTM operations delivery model with intake, prioritization, and planning.
• Manage cross-functional programs from kickoff to close with clear owners and success measures.
• Lead evaluations and selection, including requirements gathering and business cases.
• Maintain vendor inventory and track deliverables against scope and deadlines.

Change Management and Adoption:

• Plan and lead rollout of new processes, tools, and programs with stakeholder alignment.
• Define adoption goals and act on gaps through follow-up training and feedback.

Field Marketing Enablement:

• Partner with Field Marketing to plan and execute regional programs and events.
• Track program performance and share results with leadership.
