SOCIAL WORKER III / FOSTER CARE / PERMANENCY PLANNING QualificationsCandidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- BSW and completion of the NC Child Welfare Collaborative
- BSW with 1 year of directly related experience
- Master’s in Human Services with 1 year of related experience
- Bachelor’s in Human Services with 2 years of related experience
- Any Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of directly related experience
Additional Details
- Schedule:
Full-time with after-hours on-call rotation. - Work Environment:
Includes frequent field visits (homes, court, community partners). - Hybrid Option:
Eligible for partial remote work after successful completion of one year. - Physical Demands:
Occasional lifting of children, car seats, or supplies required.
