Bommarito Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee complex site development projects across the Greater St. Louis area. This full‑time, on‑site role is ideal for someone with a strong background in site utilities or earthwork and a drive for innovation and leadership. You'll lead project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency from groundbreaking to final inspection.

Founded in 1997, Bommarito Construction is a civil construction contractor specializing in underground utility and earthwork services. We are a family‑oriented, union company based in Fenton, Missouri, and are proud to serve the Greater St. Louis region. • Lead all phases of civil, site construction projects, particularly in underground utilities and earthwork.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and in‑house teams for efficient project execution.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure all work meets safety and environmental standards.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
• Oversee on‑site activities and maintain strong communication from field to office.
• Drive innovative solutions and a forward‑thinking approach on every project.
• Represent Bommarito Construction at industry meetings and training seminars.

• 5 years of project management experience in site development or utility construction preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Prior experience managing projects involving underground "wet" utilities and earthwork.
• A team player with a commitment to Bommarito Construction's values and mission.
