• Oversee and manage commercial tenant improvement and ground-up construction projects.
• Proactively schedule subcontractors to maintain or exceed project timelines.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards on-site.
• Interpret and implement project plans and layouts accurately.
• Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Identify and address potential issues proactively to ensure smooth project execution.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and organization.
• Promote and represent BSM Construction, Inc.'s core values professionally.

• Must have 5+ years experience as a Superintendent, specific to tenant improvement and retail construction.
• Extensive knowledge of ADA interior and site requirements.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical plans.
• Proven experience in managing subcontractors and project schedules.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage large or multiple projects simultaneously.
• Physical ability to navigate construction sites.
• Professional demeanor to interact effectively with clients and team members.
