Join us as a Home Inspector responsible for performing due diligence inspections on properties acquired by House Buyers of America and assisting with construction and settlement tasks in the field. The role is salaried, ranging from $50k to $75k per year based on experience.

• Perform due diligence inspections and assess property conditions and specific repairs needed
• Run detailed reports and take photographs of properties
• Assist construction and settlement teams with tasks that must be completed on-site
• Ensure punch‑out items are complete and document construction progress with detailed photos
• Inspect homes daily to track progress
• Install and remove lockboxes and other marketing material
• Deliver any necessary equipment to houses

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Preferred:
  Licensed Home Inspector in MD, DC, or VA (not required)

• Fully remote position
