Site Manager – Interior Fit‑Out (Retail) – Northern Ireland

American Corrugated Machine is looking for a Site Manager to lead its Interior Fit‑Out Retail Division. The role involves managing day‑to‑day site operations for retail fit‑out projects across Northern Ireland, with flexibility to travel across the UK and Ireland.

Division: Interior Fit‑Out Retail

Location: Northern Ireland (flexible travel across UK & Ireland)

Position Overview

The successful candidate will manage site operations to deliver projects on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management – oversee and manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Quality Control – uphold and maintain workmanship standards, ensuring project details meet client expectations.
  • Health & Safety – enforce compliance with Graham Constructions' health and safety policies on all sites.
  • Stakeholder Coordination – liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders for smooth delivery.
  • Problem Solving – proactively address and resolve on‑site issues, ensuring projects remain on track.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience – demonstrable site‑management experience in construction, especially retail fit‑outs or refurbishments.
  • Leadership – ability to lead, manage and motivate on‑site teams.
  • Attention to Detail – meticulous and thorough approach to work.
  • Communication – strong interpersonal and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • Qualifications – relevant construction management qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
  • Eligibility – must be eligible to live and work in the UK (as per Home Office regulations).
