Caliber 1 Construction Inc is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground‑up commercial construction projects in sectors such as K‑12 schools, municipalities, QSR/restaurants, banks, and retail. This role requires a hands‑on leader with a commitment to integrity, quality, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in managing field operations, subcontractors, scheduling, and safety protocols, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

This position requires travel to various project locations.

• Oversee all aspects of field construction operations from pre‑construction to project completion.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct quality control inspections to guarantee work meets industry and company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead on‑site meetings, safety briefings, and progress reports with stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively resolve construction‑related challenges in real time.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, reports, and field notes.

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground‑up commercial projects in K‑12 schools, municipalities, QSR/restaurants, banks, and retail.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to travel as required for project assignments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
• OSHA 30 certification (required).
• High standards of integrity, quality, and client satisfaction.
