Estimator​/Project Manager Commercial & Government Projects

About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Estimator / Project Manager to support our commercial and government projects across Hawaii. This hybrid position combines estimating, project management, and project engineering duties -- perfect for a versatile professional who enjoys both preconstruction and field execution.

You’ll work closely with leadership, clients, and field crews to help estimate, plan, and deliver successful projects from concept through completion.

• Prepare and manage estimates for commercial, government, and design-build projects.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and bid packages.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Support active projects with cost tracking, submittals, and change order management.
• Assist in improving project workflows, documentation, and process efficiency.
• Travel occasionally to project sites across neighboring islands.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in commercial or government estimating and/or project management.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam/Adobe, and estimating software (Pro Est, Sage, or similar).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel interisland.

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 DOE
