We are currently seeking an experienced Construction / Night Manager to join our Regional Build team on a prestigious new build project – the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. This high-profile scheme forms part of a live healthcare campus and requires a dedicated professional to manage and coordinate night‑time construction activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme certainty while minimising disruption to hospital operations.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a nationally significant healthcare development while working for a Tier 1 contractor with a strong commitment to safety, collaboration, and long‑term career development.

• Manage and coordinate all night‑time construction activities on site.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Act as the main point of contact during night shifts, liaising with site management, subcontractors, and hospital stakeholders.
• Supervise subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and method statements.
• Monitor quality standards and resolve issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate site records, permits, and shift handover reports.
• Respond effectively to any incidents or emergencies during night operations.

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Night Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and safe systems of work.
• Experience managing subcontractors and night works.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• SMSTS (or equivalent).
• CSCS (Black or Gold card).
