Exterior Project Manager; Work from home flexibility

We are seeking an experienced Residential Exterior Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential roofing, siding, and gutter projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage all phases of exterior restoration projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and subcontractor schedules.
• Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety regulations and local codes.
• Communicate with homeowners and insurance adjusters as needed.
• Track project progress and update internal systems accordingly.
• Troubleshoot field issues and implement solutions efficiently.
• Oversee final inspections and project handovers.

• 3+ years of project management experience in residential roofing/siding/gutters.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Job Nimbus).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Competitive base salary of $90,000
  , with on-target earnings of $110,000 annually
