• Commercial lead on a flagship data centre project in Milton Keynes, running from pre‑construction through to final accounts
• Project delivery continuing through to December 2027, with further project opportunities available thereafter
• Responsibility for managing high‑value MEP packages
• Direct reporting line to the Commercial Manager and Commercial Director
• Opportunity to mentor and support an Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Close collaboration with a main contractor partner with whom the business has a long‑established relationship
• A business with proven career progression pathways and structured development plans

• Basic salary of £75,000 - £85,000
• Guaranteed bonus structure (Minimum of 8%)
