What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum 3 years of construction management experience

High standard for customer service

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Strong verbal communication skills

Intermediate Microsoft Excel and CAD experience

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to manage and coordinate tradesmen

Must provide proof of auto insurance and a valid driver's license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Project or Construction Management degree

Experience in managing customer expectations and delivering high-quality projects
