The RolePurpose: Be an early member of our USA team, supporting setup and leading industry advancements as a senior leader.
Team: Part of our Project Management Consultancy, specifically in the Project Planning Discipline, working on complex projects with a focus on understanding problems, implementing solutions, and developing scalable practices.
Objectives: Ensure project delivery excellence, develop repeatable solutions, and foster personal and team growth.
Responsibilities- Own and manage project plans, ensuring effective execution and risk mitigation.
- Lead project teams to understand and follow the plan, overcoming challenges.
- Provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders.
- Develop scalable best practices and tools collaboratively.
- Enhance team and client capabilities through education and leadership.
- Solid experience in construction project scheduling, controls, and software like Primavera P6, with strong Excel skills and data interest.
- Excellent communication skills in English and influential leadership qualities.
- Proactive self-leadership and ability to challenge and inspire others.
- A proven track record of impactful, scalable solutions in projects or organizations.
