Salary Range: $70/hr to $80/hr on W2

Introduction

Join our dynamic team as a key player in managing and overseeing construction site contracts. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in procurement and contract administration to drive success across our projects. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, including those for technology-based clients.

Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience in Construction Contracts or Procurement, change orders, RFP, and project management.
  • Strong experience in Construction/Supply Chain/ Procurement
  • 10 years of experience of creating contracts for Data Centers
  • 10 years of experience in RFP Management
  • 10 years of experience in Change Order Management
  • 10 years of experience in Project Management
Preferred

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in the construction industry.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Results-focused with a proactive approach to workload.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Prepare Contract Strategy Documents with assistance from the Project Manager.
  • Review and assist with preparation of Single Source Justifications and Scope of Work documents.
  • Coordinate project-specific insurance requirements.
  • Establish Negotiation Plans and conduct or participate in negotiations.
  • Manage the RFP process, including commercial evaluations and pre-bid meetings.
  • Process change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Implement new contract process controls when appropriate.
  • Communicate regularly with the home office regarding Procurement matters.
  • Produce and compile accurate reports for the project team, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Conduct price analysis, modeling, purchase-price cost analysis, and identify competitive benchmarks.
