Estimator - Structural Concrete - Remote; IN AZ

This role will be remote and reporting to the Preconstruction Manager. The goal is to bring this national team to Phoenix. An office will be established in the near future.

The Structural Concrete Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate takeoffs and detailed cost estimates for structural concrete projects.

• Structural concrete projects
• Concrete tilt-up warehouse builds
• Other related scopes in civil and industrial construction

• Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar field or equivalent 3-5 years minimum of similar construction experience.
• Self starter with excellent time management skills, interpersonal/customer service skills and extremely detail oriented
• Works well in team environments. Ability to efficiently multi-task.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, GC's, as well as project owners.
• Proficient in all estimating processes including, but not limited to, bid invitations, quantity takeoffs, applicable unit rates, estimating software's, understanding plans, and specifications after review..
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, and Estimate (B2W).
