Must have 4+ years of Heavy Civil Estimating experience.
Pay 100k-130k + Benefits
Key Responsibilities- Develop Accurate Estimates:
Prepare detailed estimates for heavy civil projects, including site work, earthwork, utilities, drainage, asphalt paving, and structural concrete. - Collaborate with Teams:
Work closely with project managers and field personnel to ensure estimates align with project requirements and timelines. - Analyze Project Plans:
Review specifications and blueprints to identify key components essential for successful bidding.
- Minimum of 3 years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on site, earthwork, utilities, drainage, asphalt paving, or structural concrete.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
- Proficiency in estimating software and blueprint interpretation.
