Residential​/Commercial Roofing Salesman​/Estimator

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to work with others well
• Roofing knowledge required
• Phoenix, AZ 85040:
  Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Roofing Estimating: 5 years (Required)

Responsibilities:

• The Salesman / Estimator will provide commercial roofing formal bids and/or budgets through interpreting plans, specifications, performing take-offs and estimating job costs
• The salesman / estimator will be in direct communication with clients and their representatives to ensure that our estimates meet their needs and requirements
• Completing bid opportunities in an efficient and accurate manner
• Business development:
  Events, creating new relationships
• Understanding job specific plan sets and specifications
• Keeping up to date information in Salesforce platform
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
