Property Surveyor

We are looking for an experience Buildings Inspector /Surveyor / Manager with a strong background of conducting building surveys / inspections with respect to maintenance, general construction work (build, defects, refurb etc) and general audits around Health and Safety, snagging/defects.

This is a peripatetic role (home based with travel each day to relevant sites/buildings) working for a major UK Charity where you will travel to a range of buildings/sites across all Estates within your regional catchment area.

All mileage will be expensed be home based required to travel across the home counties and other aligning counties to visit, inspect/survey and report on a portfolio of buildings within the overall Estate. You will be client facing with a friendly/engaging personality to build relationships with leadership across the Estate's management space as well as maintenance teams, external contractors.

You will bring a blend of audit, inspection, surveying and project management skills from within the property / real estate or construction industry previously.

Applicants should hold a formal professional membership (RICS / CIOB) and relevant certifications/qualifications as well as experience.
