Assistant Preconstruction Manager – Northamptonshire (Some remote work)

Opportunity to transfer experience; training provided. Open to consider roles such as Design Coordinator, Assistant Design Manager, Architect, Architectural Technician, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Design Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Site Engineer or similar.

My client is a leading building contractor with a busy and fast‑growing workload. Due to organic growth, the employer is looking to strengthen their team with an Assistant Preconstruction Manager.

Previous experience on Student Accommodation, Hotel or Apartments projects is ideal but not essential.

• Knowledge of the Building Sector.
• Previous employment as Design Co‑ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager, Bid Manager, Preconstruction Manager, Assistant Design Manager, Architect, Architectural Technician, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Design Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Site Engineer or similar.
• Ideally previous experience on PRS, Hotels and Student Accommodation projects.
• Will also consider candidates who have worked on other general build construction projects.
• Previous main contractor employment is ideal but not essential.
• High level of communication skills.
• Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
