Multiple locations (Oxfordshire, Swindon, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire). Remote working available with occasional travel to the office.

Working hours:

45 hours per week – some flexibility is available.

Senior Quantity Surveyor – Thames Water Framework team. You will support the commercial management of the Water Framework project during the construction phase.

• Manage valuations, project cashflows, and produce comprehensive monthly cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with procurement strategies and review subcontract tenders.
• Provide expert contractual advice and handle documentation.
• Drive commercial initiatives and develop margin improvement plans.
• Mentor and support junior team members to meet targets and deadlines.

• Hold a construction-related degree qualification.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Commercial experience working for a contractor, ideally with MEP exposure.
• Familiarity with various contract forms.
• Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills.
