Job Title:
Senior Cost and Contract (Renovation) ()
Location:
Kaki Bukit
Working Hours:
Mon to Fri, 9am-6pm, Alternate Sat, work from home
Salary: $3500-$5500

Job Summary:
Manage cost and contract activities for renovation projects, supporting project managers to ensure projects are delivered on budget and on schedule.
- Assisted Costs & Contracts Manager / Project Manager in cost and contract management
- Prepared project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and monitored cost variations
- Managed variation orders (VO) and extension of time (EOT) cost claims
- Handled tender processes including BQ preparation, quotation sourcing, evaluation, and award
- Coordinated with project and technical teams to ensure compliance with specifications and construction methods
- Reviewed and prepared contracts, agreements, and Schedule of Rates (SOR)
- Administered progress claims, valuations, certifications, and payment recommendations
- Finalised subcontract and main contract final accounts and settlements
- Attended site and technical meetings and advised clients on cost feasibility
- Performed ad-hoc duties and worked extended hours when required
