This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to join a leading property consultancy delivering a diverse range of projects across the Southwest, with the chance to progress into management and leadership roles.

This consultancy is part of a large multidisciplinary group, providing property services across both public and private sectors, working closely alongside local authorities. Working on projects from small maintenance works through to larger schemes up to £1M, they offer a collaborative and friendly culture with excellent training and leadership development opportunities.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the delivery of projects from inception to completion, including specification writing, tenders, feasibility studies, contract administration, and site inspections. You will also support the development of junior surveyors, manage client relationships, and oversee complex programmes of work.

The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Building Surveyor with significant project delivery and contract administration experience. You will be confident working independently while leading client relationships.

• Delivering projects from up to £1M in value
• Writing specifications, tenders, feasibility reports, and estimates
• Contract administration and full project management
• Planning and building control applications
• Mentoring junior surveyors and supporting APC development
• Office and site-based, covering Devon and Somerset

• Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent)
• Strong experience in building surveying with a proven project delivery record
• Knowledge of design, contract administration, and AutoCAD
• Strong client and team leadership skills
• Based within a commutable distance of Devon
