This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly expanding organisation where you will work on large complex projects across the globe, with clear progression to Director and quality support on chartership.

Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience working within a consultancy and are looking to become a technical expert? Do you want to work on major international developments within a growing consultancy offering clear progression to Director?

This consultancy specialises in project management and cost consultancy, primarily working with developers on large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes. The team operates in a close-knit and agile environment, offering both large project exposure and a collaborative culture.

You will be working on high value projects, taking responsibility for cost management and client interaction, ensuring successful delivery from a commercial and contractual perspective. The role involves working on multiple projects at once, either individually or within a team. It will require an office or site presence, with one or two days per week on site or in the office in Birmingham, and flexibility to work from home.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a client-side Quantity Surveyor who is a member of a professional body, has effective communication skills, and wants to progress their career technically and professionally.

• Provide cost consultancy services across major construction projects
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Liaise closely with clients, stakeholders and project teams
• Based remotely, with weekly site visits
