Construction Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor, work based between home (WFH) and Cardiff office.

Our client is one of the UK’s leading developers, builders and managers. The role offers a good degree of autonomy with frequent travel to South Wales and occasional visits to the Cardiff office.

• Provide commercial management of large value refurbishment and building improvement projects.
• Prepare early front‑up estimation and cost plans for projects ranging from building envelope work to full room and amenity refurbishments.
• Oversee costing, procurement and contract administration from project commencement to completion.
• Ensure accurate valuation and reporting for all stages of the project.

• Relevant education in quantity surveying or related construction discipline.
• Practical experience in large refurbishment and building improvement projects.
• Self‑started approach to professional development.
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and ability to manage and deliver projects effectively.
• Willingness and ability to travel to South Wales and other UK sites as required.
