Are you an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for the next step in your career?

We are working with a growing commercial consultancy that supports a wide range of construction and infrastructure projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a motivated and commercially minded Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

The Role

You will support the commercial management of projects from inception through to completion, assisting with:

* Cost reporting and forecasting

* Subcontract procurement and management

* Measurement and valuations

* Variations and change management

* Applications for payment

* Contract administration

* Commercial reporting

* Client and stakeholder liaison

About You

* Degree qualified or currently studying Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

* Previous experience within a contractor, consultancy, developer, or subcontractor environment

* Strong numerical and analytical skills

* Excellent communication and organisational abilities

* Proactive, driven, and eager to develop professionally

* Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively

* Experience of NEC and/or JCT contracts would be advantageous
