This Residential Surveyor position is for a highly successful and growing residential chartered surveying business in the Redhill area, which, due to increased business levels, is seeking an experienced surveying professional to join their team on an employed basis, working within a 25-mile radius from home.

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:
Homebuyer (Level 2 Surveys) Mortgage Valuations Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time. To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:
Minimum Assoc

RICS qualified or higher Strong track record in Surveying - minimum of 2 years post-qualified VRS experience Attention-to-detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal UK Driving License What's on offer? £52,500 - £70,500 basic salary (dependent on agreed working days and experience) Upto £110,000 OTE Attractive monthly bonus scheme Generous car allowance plus business mileage rate Company sick pay Leading software for report writing Potential career progression RICS Subscriptions covered Pension (government statutory) Working arrangement:
