They are a very social team and enjoy going out as a team locally on a regular basis and value team days out such as going to the cricket! Across a normal working week, you will be conducting Home Buyer reports and Valuations for lending purposes.

Experience and qualifications you will have FRICS, MRICS or Assoc RICS Currently VRS registered or meets the VRS criteria to gain registration easily Technical expertise in residential surveying Experience across North Yorkshire is preferred but not essential Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Able to work from home
