As a Building Surveyor, you will support senior surveyors and project managers on a variety of assignments. Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and asset management reports.
- Supporting dilapidation assessments and party wall matters.
- Preparing technical documentation and contributing to contract administration under JCT and NEC frameworks.
- Working on refurbishment and improvement projects, ensuring compliance with sustainability and safety standards.
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver clear, professional advice.
- Degree in Building Surveying or a closely related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
- Familiarity with surveying principles such as condition assessments and defect analysis.
- Knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts (desirable but not essential).
- Genuine interest in sustainability and modern building practices.
