Key Responsibilities:

Commercial management of cladding, façade and external envelope projects Preparing and reviewing pricing, variations and change control Managing subcontractor procurement, packages and accounts Producing valuations, applications for payment and final accounts Cost reporting, forecasting and commercial reporting Contract administration and risk management Liaising with clients, site teams and subcontractors Supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to completion Ensuring commercial targets and project profitability are achieved Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment

Experience with cladding, recladding, façade, EWS, fire remediation or external wall system projects preferred Strong commercial, contractual and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
