This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Canterbury, with flexibility for remote work. The Quantity Surveyor will handle tasks like cost control, budget preparation, and cost management throughout all project phases. Responsibilities will include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), managing project costs, ensuring value‑for‑money, and producing detailed cost reports to support financial monitoring and control of projects.

• Strong skills in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Expertise in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Experience creating and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools for cost estimation and reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Knowledge of the UK utility and infrastructure sectors is highly beneficial
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
