Basic information
- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Saturday 8am - 12pm (Work from home) - Basic UP $4200
- Location:
Kaki Bukit - Bonus provided
- Prepare, maintain, and manage tender documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project financial performance to ensure costs are controlled and remain within approved budgets.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to cost, schedule, safety, and contractual obligations to support smooth project execution.
- Source, evaluate, and compile quotations from subcontractors based on project requirements and specifications.
- Negotiate with contractors to achieve cost-effective solutions from initial estimates through to final pricing approval.
- Develop and coordinate work schedules with site teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Manage project administration and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
- Preferably experienced in HDB projects with a main contractor and exposure to tendering activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience.
