A respected civil construction contractor is hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager to handle large and multi-phase projects. You will oversee project financials, mentor junior staff, and ensure strong communication with clients and stakeholders. Traveling to project sites in British Columbia will be required up to 50% of your time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-phase civil construction projects from inception to completion

• Manage project finances, including forecasting and cost control

• Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships

• Facilitate contract negotiations and decision-making processes

• Drive operational improvements through effective team management

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience

• Capable of 50% travel to project sites

• Expertise in cost control and scheduling elements

• Degree in Civil Engineering preferred

• PMP certification is considered an asset
