Henley Chase is recruiting an experienced Estimator - Construction (Heritage & Refurbishment) to join a Kent-based contractor delivering heritage, restoration and refurbishment projects across the South East. This hybrid role covers pre-construction estimating and commercial surveying across projects from £250k to £5m.
You will prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions, analyse drawings and specifications, take-offs and BoQs, obtain sub-contractor quotes, and support budgeting, cost
