Location: Stoke-on-Trent
The Guinness Partnership is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of planned works across housing stock. You will coordinate external consultants and contractors, manage budgets, and maintain high safety and quality standards while engaging with residents.
The role is based in Milton Keynes with a mix of on-site visits, office work and some home working, supporting a long-term, cost-efficient programme.
