Are you a motivated Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career? Do you want to work on exciting projects while receiving support, mentoring, and clear opportunities for progression?

We're looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team in the West Region. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of projects across North Wales, working alongside experienced commercial professionals who are committed to your development.

With hybrid working, a company car, and a genuine pathway for career progression, this role offers the perfect combination of flexibility, responsibility, and growth.

About

The Role

As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in supporting the commercial delivery of projects across the region. You'll work closely with project and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, commercially, and in line with client expectations.

This is a hybrid role with travel to project sites typically required 2–3 days per week, with the remainder of your time spent working remotely. Projects are currently located across North Wales, Gloucester, Manchester and Hampshire, so candidates should be comfortable travelling throughout these areas as required. Given the geographic spread of projects, a location within the West Midlands (e.g. Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry or the Warwick/Leamington Spa area) would provide particularly convenient access.

  • Managing subcontractor procurement and payment processes.
  • Monitoring project costs and identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Supporting contract administration and change control activities.
  • Building positive relationships with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Attending site visits and project meetings across North Wales and the wider West Region.
  • Contributing to the successful commercial delivery of projects from inception through to completion.
About You

You'll be commercially aware, organised, and eager to develop your Quantity Surveying career within a supportive environment. You'll enjoy working collaboratively and be comfortable balancing site-based activities with remote working.
