Location: Epping Forest
Up Front Recruitment is seeking an experienced Façade Estimator for a full-time, permanent role based in Waltham Abbey, Essex. The role focuses on preparing detailed tenders for specialist façade and cladding projects, producing take-offs with Bluebeam, and calculating costs in Excel.
Occasional home working is available for the right candidate. The incumbent will have strong estimating experience in façade/cladding systems, familiarity with Alu/COM/Timb/ cementitious claddings, and proficiency
