Salary: Up to £75,000 basic + car allowance + attractive bonus

An established, AI-focused independent consultancy is seeking a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to support continued growth across London and the Home Counties.

This opportunity is ideal for commercially focused surveyors, although candidates with residential, social housing or alternative valuation backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.

The role offers fully remote working, a competitive basic salary of up to approximately £75,000, car allowance and an attractive bonus scheme of approximately 32% above agreed net fee income targets.

Requirements

• MRICS qualified (or working at an equivalent level if appropriate)

• Commercial valuation experience preferred

• Residential, social housing and alternative valuation backgrounds also considered

• Strong report writing and communication skills

• Ability to work independently while managing your own workload
